2. Purpose of the website

The website presents the company, team, projects and professional infrastructure services, including design, verification, technical expertise, consultancy, professional education, surveying and geodetic work.

It is not an online shop, does not process payments and does not automatically conclude contracts.

3. Service information

Website content is general and informative. It is not an irrevocable offer, technical opinion, expert report or solution automatically applicable to a specific project.

The scope, required documents, price, timeline, responsibilities and deliverables are agreed separately after the requirements are reviewed, through a quotation, contract or other documents accepted by the parties.

You may contact us through the form, by email or by telephone. Information supplied must be accurate, relevant and lawfully disclosed.

An enquiry does not reserve services or require the company to accept a project. Cooperation begins only after the parties expressly confirm the applicable conditions.

A person supplying plans, photographs, cadastral data, technical documents or other materials confirms that they may lawfully disclose them and that, to their knowledge, the information is accurate.

ASTRAL-PROIECT may request clarification, further documents, access to a site or specialist involvement where necessary to assess or perform the work.

6. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, displayed projects, graphics, logo, certificates and other website materials belong to ASTRAL-PROIECT or to licensors who authorised their use.

Materials may be viewed for information. Copying, publishing, modification or commercial use without permission is prohibited except where allowed by law. Rights in documentation produced for a client are governed by the relevant project contract.

The website may contain links to third-party pages or display external content. ASTRAL-PROIECT does not control their content or rules. The relevant provider\u{2019}s terms apply after you access or activate such a service.
